Saffron of Chapel Hill features a wide range of Indian dishes prepared by their internationally acclaimed chef, Durga Prasad. At Saffron there is something for every palate from spicy entrees to mild entrees, as well as vegan entrees and gluten free alternatives.
Try the Scallop Mint Masala for your appetizer. For the main course, the chef recommends the Basil Sea Bass. For your sweet tooth be sure to indulge in the Chocolate Samosa. Don't forget to sip on some Indian themed cocktails during your visit, like the Early Indian Summer or the Bombay Blueberry.
Saffron of Chapel Hill is located in the East 54 complex off of 15-501 on Hwy 54. They are open for lunch and dinner 6 days of week. Saffron is closed Monday.
